Foliar Spray Protocol for Produce

Amos tells us he also uses Growers Nutritional Additive as part of his regular spray protocol, and like many of our other vegetable producers, is seeing increased production and other good things.


On July 25, 2000 Jim Halbeisen and I visited the very active roadside market and farm of Amos Hostetler near Mercer in west central Pennsylvania. It seems his liming and use of Growers is paying off, because his market customers really appreciate and, as a result, return regularly for his quality produce.

On average Amos has applied about 6 to 8 tons per acre of high calcium lime to his crop land. His Growers Nutritional Solution rates in gallons per acre on various crops are as follows:

By adding GNA  to his GNS 10-20-10 foliar sprays he finds improved blossom set and retention which  helps to improve yields and helps bring the produce to market earlier.  Amos is using 8 ounces per acre Growers Nutritional Additive every foliar spray he makes.
